He has over 30 years of experience running his own companies working with international fund managers, bankers, lawyers, HNWIs, CEOs and business owners worldwide. Philippe staged leading financial and luxury exhibitions and conferences in Europe, Asia and America.

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and AI (Paris-Sud University). He is also an Accredited Transformative Coach (Animas, UK), an Associate Certified Coach (ICF) and a Certified Practitioner in Clinical Hypnosis.

He holds an MS in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from King’s College alongside an MA in Mediation and Conflict Resolution.

His expertise covers key conflict resolution techniques, including effective communication, negotiation, mediation, collaborative problem-solving, conflict transformation, and shared values identification.

Ilona Iranyi

Ilona has an extensive career as a serial entrepreneur spanning over 25 years. Her diverse professional background has led her to become an expert in coaching business executives and startup founders. As a mathematician by education, she has developed a unique approach to problem-solving and strategic planning, which has proved successful both in her business ventures and coaching practice.

Having lived in three different countries, Ilona has gained valuable insights into diverse cultures and markets, enabling her to offer a global perspective to her clients. With her expertise in business management and leadership development, she has helped numerous busy executives to achieve their professional goals.

Recognising the specific challenges faced by women in leadership positions, Ilona focuses on helping them achieve their professional goals while fostering a healthy work-life balance. Through tailored coaching services, she supports her clients in unleashing their full potential and maximising their success in their respective fields.
