Coaching people who need it

Gratitude is a vital aspect of a well-balanced coaching mission. I was fortunate to live a full life, surrounded by people I love, and grow in peacetime with limitless opportunities. It’s a gift I was blessed to receive. I’m of course forever grateful, and the time has now come to give back.

What’s Next? Presently, Ilona and I are leveraging our coaching skills to assist Ukrainians in war-ravaged regions and young graduates who require career coaching but may lack the means to afford it. We’re collaborating closely with ENGin, a non-profit organisation that pairs Ukrainian students with English-speaking peers for free online conversational practice and cross-cultural connections. Our role involves coaching their team leaders to help fulfil their incredible mission.”

The SmartVol project. We are also working on a volunteering platform concept, SmartVol, that will help non-profits and people in need to find volunteers, including coaches like myself, who are eager to lend a helping hand.

But I know there are always more ways to make a positive impact, and I welcome new ideas for coaching volunteering. If you have something in mind, don’t hesitate to reach out and let’s see what we can do together to make the world a better place. That’s what it’s all about, after all.
