Philippe is a maverick entrepreneur turned business and executive coach who now focuses on coaching startup founders, entrepreneurs, and NGO leaders. He helps them gain clarity, unlock their full potential, and create meaningful, sustainable paths aligned with their purpose in life. As the founder of Gelin Creative Coaching, Philippe is dedicated to guiding and mentoring entrepreneurs, innovators, and senior executives in shaping their visions and realising their aspirations.
With over 30 years of experience running his own companies, Philippe has worked with a diverse global clientele, including international fund managers, bankers, lawyers, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), CEOs, and business owners. He founded and led Shorex, organising premier financial and luxury exhibitions and conferences across Europe, Asia, and America..
Philippe holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from Université Paris-Saclay. An Accredited Transformative Coach (Animas, UK), an Associate Certified Coach (ICF), and a Certified Practitioner in Clinical Hypnosis, Philippe blends business acumen with transformative coaching expertise to deliver exceptional results.
Outside of work, Philippe is passionate about chess, jazz, traveling, skiing, cooking, cinema, psychology, philosophy, and is deeply devoted to his family and friends.
Ilona Iranyi
Ilona has an extensive career as a serial entrepreneur spanning over 25 years. Her diverse professional background has led her to become an expert in coaching business executives and startup founders. As a mathematician by education, she has developed a unique approach to problem-solving and strategic planning, which has proved successful both in her business ventures and coaching practice.
Having lived in three different countries, Ilona has gained valuable insights into diverse cultures and markets, enabling her to offer a global perspective to her clients. With her expertise in business management and leadership development, she has helped numerous busy executives to achieve their professional goals.
Recognising the specific challenges faced by women in leadership positions, Ilona focuses on helping them achieve their professional goals while fostering a healthy work-life balance. Through tailored coaching services, she supports her clients in unleashing their full potential and maximising their success in their respective fields.
Ilona holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics (Ural State University) and a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring (Kingstown College, Ireland).
