An exclusive 4-day wellbeing and coaching retreat in comfort, privacy and nature at the doorstep of Paris

Beyond just coaching, this unique retreat programme offers profound transformation for those on the path of clarity, wellbeing, meaning and empowerment.
Our retreat is not just about escaping your busy lifestyle for a few days. The idea is to acquire wellbeing habits that you can apply immediately in your lifestyle and lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.
The retreat is for two couples or two friends/colleagues in a beautiful setting next to Versailles. It is adapted to your needs, and we are flexible with the dates and duration to offer you a tailor-made package.
Your retreat will include one-to-one coaching sessions, meditation, wellbeing workshops, guided walks in the forest, and a local culinary experience. Each participant will create with the coach their bespoke plan for realising their vision.
You will also have some free time, which you can spend in Paris or cycling in the beautiful countryside, visiting a local pool and spa or horse riding.
A beautiful house in Chevreuse surrounded by a vast secure garden within an easy metro ride from Paris. Chevreuse is a fairytale French town located at the heart of the Vallée de Chevreuse, a sought-after destination at the doorstep of Paris and Versailles. Chevreuse is dominated by the majestic ruins of a medieval castle and is full of historic streets, quaint cafes and restaurants. This quintessential French small town has recently inspired the settings and title of 2014 literature Nobel prize winner Patrick Modiano’s latest novel: Chevreuse.
Each couple/person will have a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and spectacular views.
You will experience traditional French food, both home-cooked and in local restaurants. Your dietary requirements will be taken into consideration.

The programme will be tailor-made to suit the needs of each participant. We will customise the programme duration and timing once we receive your guidelines.
The standard programme is an example upon which we will create together your bespoke retreat.
Prior to attending the retreat, each participant will receive an hour coaching session on Zoom, exploring the challenges they would like to address during the retreat. The retreat will be followed by an individual coaching session on Zoom to finalise a plan for long last lasting impact.

- Arrival by 18.00 and check-in
- 19.00 – Welcome Champagne reception, because it’s France after all!
- 20.00 – Dinner
- 22.00 – Evening walk followed by herb tea by fireplace or on the patio, depending on the season.
Day 2 & 3
- 8.30 – Morning meditation
- 9.15 – Breakfast
- 10.15 – Team discussion
- 11.00 – Wellbeing workshop
- 12.00 – One individual coaching session and guided walk for the other members *
- 13.15 – Lunch
- 14.30 – Lifestyle workshop
- 15.00 – Three back-to-back individual coaching sessions and guided walk and/or free time for the other members *
- 18.00 – Meditation
- 19.00 – Evening drinks and team discussion
- 20.00 – Dinner in a traditional French restaurant
- 22.00 – Good night Meditation under the stars (if weather permits)
- 8.30 – Morning meditation
- 9.30 – Breakfast
- 10.30 – Wellbeing workshop
- 12.00 – Departure
*groups of two people will receive two individual sessions instead of one each on days 2 and 3
*Each participant will be allocated the time of their individual coaching session and will have free time for walks, visiting a spa and other activities while their team members are being coached.
